STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard orders usually ship within two business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending payment authorization and verification.  Any items out of stock will be removed from your order and you will be notified via email.

We ship UPS or USPS (UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes). Transit time depends on the shipping method you select. Shipping charges are automatically calculated depending on your order total. At the time of checkout, the different shipping methods and prices will be shown for your selection. Standard Delivery is guaranteed in 10 business days. Select Delivery is guaranteed in 6 business days. Express Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days if placed before 12:00PM EST. Premium Delivery is guaranteed in 1 business day if placed before 12:00PM EST. Premium, Express and Select orders are given priority in processing. Additional shipping fees apply for Life-Size standups and other large items. Check items for details. Standups are shipped FedEx. An additional shipping charge of $10.00 is added to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses.

RETURN POLICY

All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in original packaging or no refund will be issued. In order for us to process your return you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Orders without RMA # will not be issued a refund.

To obtain an RMA # please click here or click the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Any orders eligible for a return will allow you to request an RMA instantly. Return shipments must be received by our staff within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. Returns received after 30 days will not be processed. All returns must have the RMA label attached to the outside of the box. Returns without the label will be refused. You must also include your return invoice with your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In order to better serve our international customers, we have partnered with iGlobal Stores to handle our international checkout process. To take advantage of this service, simply add the products you’d like to purchase to our cart, then click on the “International Checkout” button to be taken to the iGlobal Stores checkout. All products will be transferred to the iGlobal Store and you’ll have the option to prepay your duties and taxes (and/or VAT, etc.) as well as check out and view your order in your own currency.
